Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Bakery products

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken liver

    80 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Breast of Turkey

    1 kg

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.

Mushrooms finely chop, add to the onions. Fry. Remove from heat and cool.

Bagel finely chop.

Add the cream. Mix well.

Finely chop the prosciutto.

The liver and prosciutto to add to the bagel. Add mushrooms. Season with salt, add thyme and red pepper, egg. Mix everything carefully.

Turkey breast, cut in half lengthwise, almost to the end and open like a book. Cover with cling film and lightly beat.
