Salad-appetizer
I offer not troublesome, but very impressive and beautiful snack! Sweet tomato jelly, and a delicious cheese-bean salad in combination with each other give a excellent taste.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    60 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Beans

    1 can

To make tomato jelly. To do this, heat the tomato juice up to 70-80 degrees (if necessary add salt), pour it over the gelatin. Stir until dissolved gelatine, strain and pour into glasses/ cups. Glasses to set in the fridge so that they were tilted about 45 degrees. Some use a container for eggs or the foam, I used a big plastic container where I fit 5 glasses. Leave in the refrigerator until firm (2-3 hours).

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Crab sticks cut into strips with a thickness of 1-2 cm.

Canned beans rinse, mix with cheese and crab sticks. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
