Description
Very easy to prepare salad! According to the author it refers to the Swabian kitchen and use it in all sorts of variations: put the hunk of black bread, are delicious on their own or as a side dish. Cooking
Sausage cut into cubes.
Also dice the cheese.
Onion cut into thin half-rings.
Cucumbers cut into thin slices.
Salt salad (optional) and pepper, add parsley (I don't have it) and mix. Mix the vinegar, vegetable oil and cucumber marinade and salad. Let stand for at least 10 minutes and serve.
