That's all the food... I had frozen raspberries (the author of the recipe(I found the recipe online) fresh strawberries)
First, beat all 5 egg whites with a little salt and 50 g sugar until stiff.
Then well whisk all 5 egg yolks with the remaining sugar (200 gr.), 1 pack of vanillin and 3-year-tbsp hot water.

And as carefully mixed the flour with the baking powder..
The dough pour in the form ( I 26 cm). And bake at 175-180C for about 30 minutes...
The softened butter vzbit with sugar powder and vanilla sugar...
from the cooled sponge cake to cut the lid and gently pull out the middle and mash it all in a biscuit crumb.. And we separately turned biscuit Cup..
Filling: butter mixed with raspberries and biscuit crumbs
And fill filling our Cup....Now can decorate according to your desire... (For the edges I decorated coconut)
