Cooking
Softened at room temperature, beat butter with sugar until cream.
Turn to enter the eggs, vanilla and cognac. Continue to beat another minute or two.
To add a lot of lemon zest, sifted with the starch and baking powder and the flour and knead the dough gentle. If necessary, you can add 2-3 tbsp flour. Wrap in plastic wrap. Put the dough in the fridge overnight. (minimum one hour)
On the baking paper, sprinkled with flour, or on a silicone Mat to roll the dough out to a thickness of 1 cm.
A round form or a regular Cup to cut out biscuits. (so the dough doesn't stick to the glass, I always dipped its edge in the Cup with water)
Slightly flatten the middle of each cookie with bottom of a small glass. (the bottom of the glasses also periodically dip into the water)
Bake cookies in preheated to 180*C oven for 12 minutes. Ready cookies to cool.
In the center of each of the second cookie to put one teaspoon of boiled condensed milk, cover it with another cookie and press down lightly.
To cover region for a double biscuit with condensed milk and dipped in almond petals.
You're done! Instead of condensed milk you can use jam, thick jam, syrup or honey. And almond petals can be replaced by coconut or any chopped nuts.
