A simple Victoria sandwich
This is an old simple recipe is often overshadowed by other, more refined ways of preparing biscuit. Today I wanted to remind myself and you the taste of delicious creamy pastries. The brown sugar in this recipe, only enhances and complements the flavor of caramel notes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Brown sugar

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 Tbsp

Butter in advance take out of the refrigerator, it should be soft. Combine butter and sugar and whisk for 5 minutes to obtain a lush light weight.

Spread in a greased form and put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25 minutes.
