Spicy beet soup
Very unusual spicy soup for beet lovers.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    300 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 slice

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

Ingredients.

In a pan heat the oil and fry until soft the chopped onion and celery. Add the beets, cut into small cubes, chopped ginger and spices. And fry 2 min.

In a saucepan pour the broth and put the vegetables. Cook for approximately 20 minutes until very tender vegetables. If broth is not enough, you can add.

Remove from heat, using a blender to make puree, add soy sauce to taste, heat and serve.
