Ingredients

In the evening, pour the beans with plenty of water. The next day rinse the beans, again add water, boil on small fire until then, until the beans become soft. It should not be soft after boiling. It took me 40 minutes. Then drain remaining water and transfer beans to the form

In a frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom to heat half the olive oil or any vegetable. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped carrots, tomatoes, green onions, sugar. If you want, at this stage, add the greens (I added at the end). Season with salt and pepper, sauté for 10 minutes.

Pour the bean sauce, add the remaining olive oil, water, sprinkle top with finely chopped greens, put in oven. Simmer the beans at a temperature of 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Leave to infuse (10 minutes)
