Mackerel in sauce
The most favorite recipe of mackerel. Fish turns out very tender, in a light sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 to taste

  • Allspice

    1 to taste

  • Greens

Tomatoes remove skin and chop. Saute in the pan for 5 minutes, add water, bring to a boil. Mix the sour cream, tomato paste (from my home-made canned), mustard, flour, salt, pepper. Spread the mixture into the pan with the tomatoes, cook over low heat until thick. In the end, add finely chopped greens.

Onion cut into half rings and put in a baking dish. The size of my ceramic baking dish 15x15 cm

The fish is cleaned, washed, to remove all the bones. To remove the skin – it is removed very easily, with a thin film. The fish put on the bow.

Evenly pour the resulting sauce.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
