This salad I brought from the last holiday spent in Turkey. What I like buffets in hotels, it's the fact that there can spy a lot of interesting options, it would seem that the most common and familiar dishes! A light salad of fresh cabbage surprised me with its simple and unique twist, which I offer to your attention.

Cooking
Raisins and dried apricots pour boiling water, leave for 10-20 minutes.
Shred the cabbage, salt and mash, add the dill. Drain the water from the raisins. Dried apricots cut into slices. Add the raisins and apricots in the salad. For brightness color, you can add small carrot, grated on a coarse grater.
Season with a mixture of vegetable oil and lemon juice. Nice diet!!!
