Salad with arugula and salmon
Juicy summer salad, light enough to eat them without remorse!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Green olives

    10 piece

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Salmon fillets were coated on all sides with mixture of salt, sugar and pepper, put in a deep container, sprinkle with olive oil and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Leave to marinate for half an hour.

The arugula, wash, dry, tear off stalks and tear hands to pieces.

Remove salmon from the marinade, cut into thin slices and spread in a plate.

Add the pulp of the grapefruit, freed from partitions.

Add the onions, roughly chopped and olives, cut into several parts.

Grate the Parmesan, dressed salad left over from the fish marinade and gently stir.
