Rice salad with shrimp
7 continent prawns for 199 roubles per kilogram - how do you think that Nastya is now eating all day? :))) Shrimp in the soup, boiled, fried, steamed, here and there.. And then decided to make a salad - seafood and rice is very tasty and long. And small my good!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Parsley

    1 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Shrimp throw into boiling water, bring to a boil, to get. Cool and clean.

Rice pour 1 Cup of water, boil until tender, cool slightly.

In a skillet, heat olive oil, toss the shrimp, pour in cognac, ignite. Pour over the cream, squeeze the garlic, slightly fry (small separately without the brandy).

Onions finely crumble and fry.

Parsley finely crumble.

In a bowl, combine rice, shrimp, parsley, onion. Add a spoon of mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and mix all together.

If you want you can add all the ingredients to spaghetti and will make a fabulous paste. I did both.. But tasted fine in all versions :-D
