Description

A simple soup with just a few ingredients. With a slight Asian touch. Cook read a long time ago, but never posted the recipes. Attempt - not torture :) been looking for the author of this recipe, as it was found on the Internet and copied to a text file without specifying the source. Found almost the same recipe in the blog from Tanya's Mild, so I will assume the author of it. The soup is delicious, nutritious. Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

Remove chicken skin and cook the broth in 2-3 cups of water. Strain into a bowl, pan my - it is useful to us.

With corn cut off kernels, if using canned - drain the water. Heat in a saucepan a teaspoon of sesame oil, finely chop the garlic and ginger, fry a little. Add the soy sauce. Return to the pan the broth, place the corn, sprinkle with salt (who loves spicy, you can add chili powder) and cook for 7-10 minutes.
