Cooking
Cut all vegetables and put in pan.
Will pour buckwheat and pour the broth. Put to boil.
When the vegetables soften and the cereal is cooked, break everything in a blender, add salt to taste.
Puree pour in warmed cream and again mix everything in a blender.
Bring to boil, and serve, when serving, decorate with grated cheese. Bon appetit!
