Soup-puree of green buckwheat and pumpkin
Healthy body, healthy spirit - part 6. Very tasty and healthy soup made from green buckwheat, it is more gentle and mucosa against the common buckwheat, to which we are all accustomed to, I recommend for healthy eating and for children!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    50 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Broth

    400 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Cut all vegetables and put in pan.

Will pour buckwheat and pour the broth. Put to boil.

When the vegetables soften and the cereal is cooked, break everything in a blender, add salt to taste.

Puree pour in warmed cream and again mix everything in a blender.
