Description
My husband called this soup "Turkish". Of course, this is not Turkish food, but it is very similar to chicken soup, which we repeatedly ate in Turkey, especially the morning after a fun evening :). He has a pleasant sweet taste with slight acidity, and with garlic it is just amazing!

Cooking
The legs clean, cook (for me this time was the legs). It is clear that the oiliness and strength of the broth can be adjusted, you can remove the skin, you can take a breast - then act according to Your taste. For my experience the best option was the fried chicken :). The broth in the result should be about 1.5 liters. Remove the chicken from the broth.
In a separate saucepan combine the egg yolks, yogurt and flour, whip hand whisk.
The chicken disassembled into fiber or finely chop.
Little by little pour in the yogurt a couple of cups of boiling broth, stirring constantly.
Pour everything back into the pan, add the chicken and rice (I got brown, you can take plain boiled). Season with salt to taste. Bring almost to the boil (up to weak thick) - all done!
When serving, put in the dish a piece of butter and without fail - finely chopped garlic, to taste. I love a little more :). Very tasty to eat with a fresh and crispy white bread. Bon appetit!
