Cooking
Boiled and cooled rice. Finely chop the chicken and greens. Mix the rice with herbs and cheese.
Cut the mushrooms and fry.
Cut onion, carrot and fry, too, separately from fungi. Separate the whites from the yolks and mix the yolks with the cooled onions and carrots
Whisk whites and add them to the rice. Stir from the bottom up very carefully.
Take the form, grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (or semolina). Start layering: put half the rice, top with onions and carrots
Then the mushrooms ( you can put ground beef, sausage, vegetables, etc.) and the remaining rice
Top daubed cream, sprinkle with grated cheese
Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40min., cool slightly and... let's eat!!!
