Chocolate cupcake with crispy cheese crust
A delicious cupcake! Gentle, soft, slightly damp inside. And with a crispy cheese crust! My husband doesn't eat cheese, but here it is not even felt. Said it tastes just awesome... That's the best compliment!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl mix the softened margarine or butter, eggs (2 PCs.), sugar (1 stack.), sour cream. In another bowl mix flour, soda, salt.

Then combine together. And stir until almost smooth.

To the dough add the cocoa. And mix well.

Next, let's prepare the filling. Cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg and sugar (0.5 PT). The filling turns out watery.

Now put into the form. Half of the dough, then half of cottage cheese mixture, the other half of the dough.

Now on top pour the remaining curd mass. Our cake should not take more than 2/3.

Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees, 50 min. or until dry toothpick. To give the cake to cool. Here's the cheese crust turns out!
