Herring three-hour
Method of salting herring. It turns out dried fish, very tasty and buttery. Hope the recipe will come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    7 piece

  • Salt

    1 pack

Take a fresh herring. ( we always take more, because eaten up quickly.)

Clean from the scales, wash. Plaschem on the back, remove the entrails and wash again.

In the bowl put the flattened herring, sprinkle well with salt.

So come with all fish, stacking on top of each other. I got 7 herrings gone almost a whole packet of salt 1 kg.

Salt exactly 3 hours. Then take out and wash off the salt.

Now put the fish on the breeze. After 24 hours remove.

Cut into slices and enjoy. Very tasty.
