A Bulgarian salad for the winter
This salad we cook for over 20 years. This year has made 1,5 portions. He looked very good and extraordinary taste. Brewed it a total of about 1 hour. Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Cauliflower

  • Parsley

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    400 g

  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar

    120 ml

  • Garlic

    4 piece

Cooking

Marinade: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and 100 grams of water to boil

Put the parsley roots and carrots. Cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes
