Eggplant in a tortilla
These dishes are increasingly part of our menu, very convenient for a snack. I'm making it as a middle. Served hot for lunch. We recommend you to prepare You. Familiar products will sparkle in a new light, isn't that interesting.

Ingredients

  • Pellet

    2 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    0.25 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    4 piece

Eggplant wash, cut into sticks, salt, stir and leave for 10 minutes, this will help remove bitterness.

In vegetable oil fry the carrots ( long thin strips) and onions ( feathers ).

Wash the eggplant, squeeze and add to the vegetables. Fry 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Garlic peel, dill wash and dry. Chop finely the garlic with the greens. Add to the vegetables.

Walnuts chop with a knife. Add to the pan, mix well.

Pour soy sauce, I use sweet naturally brewed from TM Kikkoman. Stir, remove from heat.

Two tortillas ( pita bread) spread warm eggplant, put on them with two thin plastic cheese.

Cover with half the tortillas, heat them on the grill. I use electrovalency with a nozzle grill. Maybe just fry in a dry frying pan, 4 minutes each tortilla.

Here it is - striped wonder. Incidentally, granddaughter 6 years old are not eating the eggplant, the cake ate with great appetite.

Add the greens, sauce and serve.
