Awesome borsch. No words, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Bones

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Cook the broth on the beef bone. Add salt to taste.

Dressing: finely chopped onion, grated carrot, grated beet fry in sunflower oil. Tomato paste diluted with broth and pour in the filling. Tormented for 5 minutes.

Potatoes cut into cubes and put into stock ready. Bone can be removed from the broth.

Boil eggs and chop them.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the broth to the dressing, sliced eggs, and bring to a boil.

Put the sorrel and boil for five minutes.
