Chicken kebab and Mandarin pancakes
Outrageously delicious barbecue in a delightful marinade of salad sauce with sesame seeds from Kikkoman. I suggest it be served in Mandarin pancakes.

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Cucumber

For the marinade we will need salad dressing with sesame seeds from Kikkoman and soy sauce.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces, add soy sauce and salad dressing with sesame seeds and a little chopped Basil, mix up. leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, let's prepare the so-called Mandarin pancakes. To the flour add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt and pour the boiling water.

Make soft non-sticky dough. Let him "rest" for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 24 balls.

Roll out the ball very thin.

With a diameter of 13-15 cm, Coat one side of a rolled pancake with vegetable oil. On top of it put another pancake (not grease) on the oiled side.
