Casserole with beef and pasta
Well, a very hearty dish!!!!:)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the pasta. Put in a baking dish.

With tomato remove the peel and pound together with the juice.

Finely chop the onion and fry.

Add the ground beef.

To the mince and onions to introduce the tomatoes. The stuffing is READY!

SAUCE: melt Butter in a frying pan. Add the flour and fry, stirring constantly. Pour it into the milk.
