Cooking
For the salad boil beets, carrots and potatoes. Ready the cooled vegetables peeled. Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater, carrots and beets into small.
Cut onion into small cubes.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices.
Sent the chopped onion in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, add the mushrooms. All deep fried together for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

The last layer is beets. Pour a layer of sauce.
