Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

    1 tsp

  • Eggplant

    70 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and salt. Add softened butter and mix well. Without ceasing to interfere, pour in vegetable oil, then cold water.
