Sometimes I want something cottage cheese, not just cheese and dessert out of it, easy, delicious and with health benefits! Offered here is a dessert, try it!

Cooking
To prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
Gelatin fill 0.5 cups of cold boiled water and leave for 30-40 minutes.
warm it over low heat, without boiling and stirring constantly. Gelatin needs to dissolve completely.
The cheese, pour any fruit juice (I had concentrated syrup peaches), add honey (or sugar)
and whip with a blender until a homogeneous mass.
Whip the cream separately, adding a bit of sugar. In the cheese mass to pour in the warm gelatine and mix thoroughly.
Then enter the whipped cream so that they are not settled.
Take any cookie cutters (I had silicone), fill them with the cheese mass and put in the fridge for a few hours (better overnight). Before serving dessert remove from the forms (can be a few seconds lower the bottom of the molds in hot water, so they easily come out of molds).
