Cooking
Beets clean, wash, chop and boil until tender. This is the solution to the puzzle. Beet gives an unusual color and structure test.
When the beets are cooked, drain the liquid and grind the beets to a blender to puree.
In a water bath, melt 50 gr. of chocolate, adding 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Beat egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add the remaining vegetable oil.
Melted, slightly cooled chocolate.
Baking powder, add to the sifted flour.
Flour, in small portions add to the dough. It should be like a thick cream.
Pour the batter on the laid parchment paper, a baking sheet (with sides).
Flatten. Well, without an assistant!!!
Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven. Readiness check splinter. Allow to cool on the baking sheet. Cut into squares. It is easier to remove from the pan. Biscuits are soft and brittle.
Then the squares are cut again into smaller pieces. Spread them with jam. To combine pairs.
In a water bath, melt the remaining chocolate with a knob of butter.
Decorate cookies on top. Allow to solidify and serve with tea or coffee. And kids milk!!!
