Tender, crisp, paurashava ice cream and sour berry... delicious!!!

Cooking
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften
Take one berry per serving
Take a spoonful of ice cream and put the berry in the middle
Quickly create these ice-cream balls and place in the freezer to freeze "in the stone" - 2 hours.
Crush the flakes, I've done it in a mortar.
Whisk some eggs. Turn on the fryer or pour oil into a deep frying pan and heat to 160-180 degrees
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and dip first in the egg
And repeat this 3 times, got such a pretty and delicious ball)
Do this with all of and put into the freezer to slightly chill the batter
Through 5-10 minutes, send ice cream in the fryer or pan
It is best that it is so lowered into the oil, fry for 40-60 seconds.
Option 2 is my favorite! Here we have coconut, starch and lightly beaten egg white
Remove the frozen balls and dip first in starch, then protein, then in coconut
Turns out this ball. Send it to 20 min. in the freezer
Then in hot oil for 20-30 seconds. and believe me, it's very tasty!!!
