Fruit roll-up in pita bread
Prepared quickly and just as quickly eaten up!


  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Cherry

    50 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon


Dried fruit wash it well and soak in hot water for 7-10 minutes. If the roll will only have adults, then soak the dried fruit in some alcohol, such as rum or cognac. In a deep frying pan, heat the butter, Apple peel, cut into small cubes and add to pan. Add the sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Dried fruits to drain in a colander, cut into small pieces (except the raisins and cherries). Send dry fruits to the pan to apples. Mix and heat, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes.
Lavash put on a baking tray, covered by parchment. Lightly grease with butter and cover with the second pita. Spread the filling from the pan onto the prepared pita bread and gently roll the roll.
Loaf of bread put into the oven for 10-12 minutes. Ready - cut into pieces and eat with pleasure!
