Description
Only the fisherman's wife can understand me: happy the husband returns from fishing and looking like happy the whole family puts on the table a package with a bunch of fish. Well, what we have with him an agreement: if he catches a fish, it and cleans it ;) And I have one win-win recipe that you never get bored.

Cooking
Collect all the ingredients
Fish clean, wash and boil 15 minutes after boiling (definitely add salt). I had satanici, but they are quite Castalia. It is better to take such fish as Pollock, cod, etc.
Peel the onion and hammers it into the blender. If there is no blender, you can cut into cubes
Put to fry the onion in sunflower oil for 5 minutes
The same is done with carrot. If no blender, then grate on a grater
To the onions add the carrots and fry for 45 minutes
Somewhere in the middle of frying add the onions and the carrots, two tablespoons of sugar. This is very important, without sugar's not the same.
Cooked fish is cooled, cleaned from the bones
Processed cheese grate on a grater
Mix cottage cheese with carrots and onions. I specifically cheese add it to the inside, as if they sprinkle the dish in the oven, just fry it and it will be stale.
On a greased baking tray place the fish and brush with mayonnaise. Get too zealous is not necessary, as the carrots and onions already have oil
Fish put the carrot-onion-cheese mixture and put everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
Get the yummy and fun to eat. Bon appetit!
