Buns with sauce
This is an old Greek recipe, tweaked time. Taught me the mother-in-law.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

  • Yolk egg

  • Sesame

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare yeast dough (I have done). Fry the mushrooms with onions on raises. oil, mix them with the boiled potatoes, add spices. On the table, put the dough in small balls and put filling in them, attached 2 sides

Stack on protiven, lubricated with oil, grease and yolk (optional sprinkle sesame seeds) Bake at 180 gr. 30 min.

While baked, make the sauce: sour cream mixed with olive oil, garlic, spices, salt to taste
