Description

Garlic flatbread
Lepeshechki with garlic flavor, with a delicate crumb and a crispy crust. Recipe from "Cooking at home", with my small changes. Thank you to the cook mycbka.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

In warm water add yeast.

Vegetable oil..

Squeeze the garlic..

Add the semolina..

Flour. And knead a soft dough. It will stick to the hands, but as it should be.

The dough cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise.

When risen, divide the dough into 4 pieces, and with oiled hands, form patties and put them on a baking sheet, also buttered. On the surface of the bread with your finger, make shallow.

Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper (I mix), and leave for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (until Golden brown).
