Description
Prepare simple home-made muffins with marble pattern and a vanilla flavor. Dark and light dough contrast. The ideal test structure, I think you'll like them. I got 18 pieces, but it all depends on the size of the molds.

Cooking
To turn on the oven to 180 C. beat Eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt.
While continuing to whisk, pour in vegetable oil. Pour in the milk.
Wheat flour mix with baking powder. Gradually mix into egg-milk mixture.
Separate 1/3 of dough and add cocoa, mix well.
Muffin tin greased with butter, not silicone grease. In tins put the dough dark, then light, dark on top again. Forms to fill 3/4 full. With a fork to make circular movements.
The filled molds are sent in preheated oven to 180 C.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until dry kindling (focus on your oven). Cool on a wire rack. Prostivshis muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar.
