Cooking
Make the dough. Sift the flour, add the egg, margarine, water and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
Get the dough and leave it aside.
Thoroughly wash the onion and pepper
The onion and pepper finely chop, add salt and olive oil. Mix thoroughly
Generated piracy. Separated from the test piece, roll it into a ball and roll out with a rolling pin. Put the mixture closer to the edges ( about 2-3 tbsp)...
... and gently to seal. Fry in a pan with butter on low heat on both sides until Golden brown. All! National dish "Piracy" ready! Serve with yogurt or yogurt ( with no fillers) enjoy your meal, dear friends!!!
