Marinated zucchini instant cooking
This snack learned how to cook, living in Dushanbe, in the last century... This year, rather seasonal, snack of the young, and may Mature courgettes (zucchini). Prepared quickly, and eaten even faster! Very tasty, tender, with a slight slight kick and tart taste of honey. Easier to cook in the evening and morning and any other time of day, feeding on a treat. Delicious! The name speaks for itself.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Honey

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Herbs - dill, parsley, celery, Basil, disassemble and soak in water for a while to prepare all the other vegetables for this recipe.

This is my homemade Basil. It grows on the balcony. It take only the leaves and upper parts of the stems because they are tender and fragrant.

Zucchini wash and clean. If the zucchini are young, like my photos, you can do with the skins. Slice it into thin slices. I use a peeler.

To place them in a bowl, add salt and leave for 30 min.

Prepare the marinade. Garlic skip through the press, mix: - vegetable oil - honey (if honey thick, melt in a water bath), - vinegar, pepper and finely chopped greens. Perfect cilantro, Basil, dill, parsley, tarragon. You can add a spoonful of paprika-paste or ketchup - lover.

I like it better if the garlic is small cut, so more outstanding garlic juice and essential oils.

Drain the liquid from the zucchini, squeeze with hands.

Pour the marinade.

Mix well. Put into the refrigerator until morning.
