Muffins inspired recipe Yu Vysotskaya from the "Quick Breakfast." Was going to bake muffins, but ran out of greens. I remembered a recipe Yu Vysotskaya. But in it use fresh meow. I have just dried. Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Zucchini RUB on a small grater.

Mix cheese with zucchini. Enter the eggs. Mix well.
