Soup with meatballs
Easy to prepare and delicious homemade soup "Brine".

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Figure

Rice "Indica" TM "Mistral" (2 tbsp) wash. Boil the rice in salted water until Al dente.

Ready minced beef (350 gr., the meat should be seasoned with salt, ground black pepper and chopped onions), add boiled rice. The mince and knead well.

Formed into meatballs slightly larger than a walnut.

Carrot (1 piece) slice it into thin strips.

Chop the onion (1 PC.) half-rings.

Chop 1 stalk celery thin wedges.

Slice the pickled cucumber (3 pieces)

In a pan, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Simmer the vegetables on low heat until soft, then increase the fire and fry it lightly steamed vegetables until light Golden brown.

A pot of water, put on fire, bring to boil, lower into the water shaped into meatballs. When boiling remove the foam. Cook meatballs 5-7 minutes.

Potatoes (2 pieces) cut into cubes.

Add potato cubes in broth with meatballs.

Add 7-8 peas of fragrant pepper, add the Bay leaf, add salt to taste. Cook until potatoes are done.

For 3-5 min. until tender add boiled vegetables, add garlic powder (1 teaspoon), add spicy dried herbs (dill, parsley, Basil).

Let the soup to writing a rolling boil 2-3 min. Remove from heat.
