Vegetable soups are a huge number of different vegetables, with different number of them. In my menu there are winter and summer options. In winter, when the window frost and snow, Lenten vegetable soup is unlikely to warm and saturate the body. So today, we prepare one of the winter options. Help yourself.

Cooking
Beef cut into thin strips. Put in hot oil the meat, sauté 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped medium pieces onions and carrots, as well sauté 5 minutes over high heat, stirring.
Pour soy teriyaki sauce, mix well.
Stew on a slow fire, 5 minutes.
Potatoes, peel and chop coarsely. Put in a pot potatoes, roasted vegetables and meat. Pour 1 liter of boiling water, bring to boil and cook on a slow fire.
Wash peppers, free from seeds. Chop coarsely.
Add the peppers to the pan and cook until potatoes are done.
Garlic chop, add to the soup together with greens.
Bring to boil, boil for a few minutes and remove from heat.
