Brownie with soft filling
Oh, girls, Hello! Today I decided to share a delicious brownie recipe with a tender filling, taste like cheesecake. I decided to cook them in a miniature muffin tin turned out so cute, and, most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Cream cheese

    225 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Granulated sugar

  • Instant coffee

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    0.75 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

1. Combine the eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, coffee and vanilla - stir to combine.

2. To combine chocolate with butter and melt, allow to cool. To egg mixture add sugar and chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.

3. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

5. For the filling, connect the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar - whisk until smooth.

6. Lubricate the form of oil. I have a form for miniature cupcakes.

7. At the bottom of the form, we add 1 tbsp of chocolate batter, then white fillings, and top with 1 tsp of chocolate batter. I added too much dough, and I've got my hat :)

8. Send in the oven for 12 minutes at 180*C. Let them cool 10 minutes in pan, then cool completely on wire rack. We ate them warm and cold snacks.
