Gingerbread honey
The recipe in the Internet I found 3 versions. On the website I'm afraid to repeat, but if it really happens, forgive and accept the recipe as an option in my performance. Search for "honey gingerbread" gave me 3 results. Well, now about the gingerbread! Gingerbread - just a temptation!!! I try to refrain from baking, but after trying a small piece, I'm strutting went back to the kitchen to brew tea!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam apricot

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

To prepare a convenient form for baking. I lined it with parchment paper, so didn't have to be afraid that the cake will stick and, most importantly, it was easier to wash the form.

RUB the flour with 100 gr. butter in grits.

Grind sugar with egg.

Add honey, baking soda, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Meanwhile, when the gingerbread is baked, you can begin to prepare a syrup.

In a small saucepan put sugar, honey, apricot jam and water. Mix everything and boil on the fire, almost in two times.

Hot gingerbread pour the hot syrup.

My advice: skip the finished syrup through a strainer. I haven't done, which is reflected in appearance, but the taste is not affected.
