Fish cut into fillets. Wash, dry, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices for fish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Let the fish rest
Peel the onion, cut into rings and lightly fry
Potatoes, peel and finely chop and lightly fry, not to forget a little salt (in principle, onions and potatoes and not fry, for speed, but I prefer) Put the potatoes to onions
Prepare the sauce: finely chop cucumber, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, add dill and cheese (to grate), leave a little cheese for the top layer.
Cover potatoes with sauce and in a hot oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes take out of oven, sprinkle remaining cheese and into the oven for another 5 minutes
