Puff grichnik
I want to offer You the recipe is not complicated in ingredients and cooking casseroles, where the main characters are buckwheat and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Here are the necessary ingredients. For gracnica we will need already cooked, crumbly buckwheat porridge. Boil crumbly buckwheat porridge as taught me grandma, probably as a cook at a ratio of cereals and water 1:2.

Onion clean, finely chop.

In a pan melt butter, add onion and fry until Golden 5 minutes.
