Crumbly shortbread biscuits with filling, will make even the cook-beginner.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    130 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Marmalade

  • Powdered sugar

Soft margarine, sugar and egg whisk until smooth, add flour and dry powder pudding. Knead the dough. If necessary, we pour the flour until the dough no longer stick to hands. Immediately roll out the dough until 4-5 mm thick (better on paper for baking), cut out circles (I got 20 pieces), put on sheet and top with stuffing.
