Description
Potato salad with beans and pickles -very quick and tasty. For this salad, it is best to take canned beans – red or white. The salad can be made quickly if you have the potatoes already boiled.

Cooking
Onion cut into small cubes and marinate in mixture of olive oil, vinegar and salt. Leave for 5-10min. I added Italian herbs mix from freezing.
Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Beans from the jar, rinse under cold water. Marinovannye cucumbers cut into cubes. Add red hot pepper and pickled onions.
For dressing mix mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt. Season the salad, mix well. Parsley chop.
To arrange in salad bowls, season with black pepper.
