Fresh pumpkin grated (I used a grater for cooking carrots in Korean).
Also to do with zucchini.
Bulgarian pepper cut into strips, shred cabbage.
In a bowl combine all the vegetables, add finely chopped cilantro and parsley. Add the lemon juice and fragrant oil, add salt and pepper mix to taste, mix well.
