Crab Napoleon with Apple chips

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    6 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 tsp

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

A big Apple with the help of a mandolin cut into thin slices. Dry in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Crab sticks thawed and cut into thin strips.

Prepare the salad dressing. Yogurt, I cook in the slow cooker. You can buy in the store. It needs to be unsweetened with no fruit flavors. Yogurt can replace sour cream or mayonnaise.

Mix the yogurt, a spoonful of mustard with seeds, finely chopped green onions and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the sliced crab sticks.
