  • Apple

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Olive oil

Carrot and Apple peel and cut into large pieces.

Onions clear, finely chop. Fry it in butter with ginger.
