Soup with stewed chicken
This is both the first and the second 2 to 1. Very hearty, rich and lovely.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Tomato paste

  • Sesame

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, slice and boil in salted water.

Fry the onions in butter until Golden brown. As the potato is ready, add to it milk, fried onion and grind immersion blender.

To make the sauce for the chicken. The exact proportions will not give all to your taste. Honey dissolved in soy sauce, add a couple teaspoons of the paste, a little pepper and sesame seeds. You should get a lot of moderately salty, moderately sweet, the consistency like yogurt.

Chicken fry in a pan until whitening.

Pour our sauce.

Stir and put out. For thickening you can add a spoon or two of starch.
