Gratin with pasta
Delicious and easy dish for lovers of pasta casseroles. Honestly, I tried to use a search engine, if missed, will remove the recipe without any problems.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    0.75 l

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 180 gr. The pasta I had here are, you can use a spiral, horns.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the milk, add 0.5 tsp salt, a pinch of nutmeg and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, add pasta. Cook for 5 minutes.

Drain pasta in a colander, the liquid (milk) to collect (not pour, we will need more milk).

In a saucepan, melt the butter.

Pour the flour.

Continuously interfere, to avoid lumps.

A thin stream pour the milk (which we put in a separate saucepan) and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to thicken. At this stage, to try, enough salt and spices.
