Description
Very gentle, citrus candy for lent and not only ;) of Course, this is not the original "Rafaello&a mp;quot;, to which we are accustomed, and I will say even more - the resemblance is only in form and coconut and until I gave them the original names, they will be called so ;) don't know about You, but I do not like when in a gentle cream chocolates there is something solid in the form of a nut, so inside is not your candy I don't put. And You can add to taste the nuts, dried fruit or even a piece of marmalade, but the chocolates themselves are delicious! Experiment and try and taste! Yesterday I even forgot that I am drinking tea with vegetable candy ;) and they are prepared very simply and one of those products that is always at hand. Help yourself! :) PS: by the Way, kids candy also liking and tasty, and useful! ;)

Cooking
To remove the zest from the oranges and lemon, then squeeze the juice (only I got about 225 ml)
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to pour the water, add the juice, zest and sugar, put the mixture on heat and bring to a boil.
Measure out the semolina.
A thin stream with constant stirring pour the semolina into the boiling juice.
Cook, still stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
The mixture will thicken. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
In the meantime, place the nuts in a blender or coffee grinder. Grind into flour (without fanaticism, will let the grains)
Add peanut flour to the mix.
Then pinch off small pieces, roll into balls of desired size and roll in coconut flakes.
These beauties I got 27 pieces :) Before feeding the candy to cool, but we broke down and started to taste it directly ;))
